Prices start at €2.00 for Ordinary letters and from €4.00 for Registered letters. Shipping costs and options are shown at the checkout.
Postal items sent by Standard mail within Europe are usually delivered within three business days, although this differs per country (between country locations: 4-10 business days).
Items are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, EU, using Czech Postal Service and your national postal service.
Without any certificate of posting or delivery, there is no compensation for lost, damaged or part loss Ordinary Letters between posting and delivery.
Online Track&Trace - you can trace your consignment online via the Track&Trace application to check whether the addressee has already received it. Contractual partners can also arrange for receiving regular daily reports on the status of posted mail.
Items are shipped to the provided address. Please double check it’s correct and up‑to‑date. We require full recipient name, including first and second name, and company name (if applicable). Only personal or business addresses are allowed.
We won't reship package that was returned to us with label: "unable to forward”, “insufficient address”, "attempted - not known", “unclaimed” on our cost. We will charge you the amount you paid for shipping cost in the first place to reship the package. If you don’t want to reship, we will refund you the price of items and cancel your order.
We ship to all European, North American, and most other countries in the world.
You can cancel or change your order before we fulfill it. Contact us asap. This way we won’t ship package you don’t need, or won’t ship wrong items. More about canceling your order below.
