KeyOverlay.com is operated from the Czechia by an independent design and production studio specializing in multilingual, functional and educational keyboard stickers.
We also operate a Czech-language version of the shop at PrelepkyNaKlavesnici.cz, tailored for customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both websites follow the same EU consumer protection standards.

3. Ordering
Orders can be placed via the shopping cart or by email (for custom requests).
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation — this confirmation also serves as your receipt.
You may modify or cancel your order before it is fulfilled. Simply contact us as soon as possible.
If you make a mistake or need help, write to us — a fair and friendly solution is always possible.
After your order is shipped, you will receive:
- a shipping confirmation
- a tracking link (if applicable)
- a final invoice suitable for accounting purposes
Proforma invoices
For schools, institutions, companies or bulk orders, a proforma invoice can be issued.
To request one:
- place your order using Bank Transfer and email us the order number, or
- simply write to us and we will prepare the document.
4. Prices & Currencies
Prices are displayed in the selected currency depending on your region.
All prices are final and do not include VAT.
Currency conversion rates may include small adjustments related to payment provider fees and currency exchange costs.
Customs & duties
Keyboard stickers and similar printed products generally fall under HS codes 3919 / 4911 and are typically duty-free in:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Australia & New Zealand
However, some countries may still apply local VAT, customs handling or postal processing fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility under local regulations.

We offer discounts for larger quantities.

Delivery Information
Orders are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic (EU) via:
- Czech Post (ordinary or registered mail)
- destination-country postal services
- selected couriers (where applicable)
We ship worldwide, except to destinations restricted by EU sanctions or international law.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your address is complete and correct.
Returned parcels marked as:
- “unclaimed”
- “insufficient address”
- “unable to forward”
- “attempted – not known”
cannot be resent free of charge.
→ Reshipping is possible for the original shipping cost.
→ If reshipping is not requested, we refund the product price (shipping excluded).
Lost parcels
If the postal service confirms a parcel as lost, we will reship it at our cost or issue a refund.
7. Right to Cancel (14-day EU Consumer Right)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- items must be unused, undamaged and resaleable,
- return shipping is paid by the customer,
- refunds are issued within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.
Customized items
Items made specifically for the customer (custom languages, layouts or individual requests) may not be eligible for return under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If anything is unclear or unsatisfactory, please contact us — we always try to find a fair solution.
8. Warranty (EU 24-month Legal Guarantee)
EU consumers are protected under a 24-month legal guarantee for manufacturing defects.

- if replacement is not possible, a refund or price reduction will be offered
Not considered defects
- minor color variations
- small marks visible only under certain lighting
- small placement differences due to device variations
Natural wear
Transparent mini add-on stickers applied to frequently used keys may experience natural wear from:
- heavy daily typing
- heat
- sweat
- friction
Under EU rules, normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Improper handling
We cannot accept claims for:
- device damage caused by incorrect sticker removal
- damage due to improper application
- neglecting usage instructions
Adhesive may bond strongly with certain surfaces; use is at the user’s own responsibility.

- device damage caused by incorrect removal or application of stickers
- postal or customs delays
- losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses

All designs, layouts and products are original and protected by copyright.
Use is allowed only with proper credit and written permission.
Device names and trademarks are used only for compatibility and identification.
