Terms of sale
1. Ordering
Orders can be placed using shopping cart feature or via email, where we can make a custom order for you. We send order confirmation message to the provided email address after each order. This confirmation serves also as a receipt.
2. Payment
When you place an order in the shop, you are authorizing a payment for the amount shown at the checkout. We will charge your card/paypal account within few days since ordering.
3. Shipping
We dispatch items after a certain time needed for production (processing time). Please remember that all items are made to order, we don’t have any items in stock. Sometimes (especially during christmas or black friday season) we may need extra time.
Shipping cost is paid by you. Shipping costs and options are shown at the checkout.
Ordinary Letter:
Without any certificate of posting or delivery, there is no compensation for lost, damaged or part loss Ordinary Letters between posting and delivery.
Registered Letter
Online Track&Trace - you can trace your consignment online via the Track&Trace application on our website to check whether the addressee has already received it. Contractual partners can also arrange for receiving regular daily reports on the status of posted mail.
Items are shipped to the provided address. Please double check it’s correct and up‑to‑date. We won't ship a package to a hotel or any other place of short, temporary residence. We require full recipient name, including first and second name, and company name (if applicable). Only personal or business addresses are allowed.
We won't reship package that was returned to us with label: "unable to forward”, “insufficient address”, "attempted - not known", “unclaimed” on our cost. We will charge you the amount you paid for shipping cost in the first place to reship the package. If you don’t want to reship, we will refund you the price of items and cancel your order.
Items are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, EU, using Czech Postal Service and your national postal service. Standard mail packages are certified and require a signature on delivery.
We ship to all European, North American, and most other countries in the world.
You can cancel or change your order before we fulfill it. Contact us asap. This way we won’t ship package you don’t need, or won’t ship wrong items. More about canceling your order below.
4. Returns and cancellations
You can return unused (can be resold with 100% value) items within 14 days since delivery, for no reason, to our headquarters, at your expense. When we’ll receive such return, we will issue a full refund within 14 business days.
Your order can be canceled within 24 hours since ordering for a full refund. Due to the nature of the product (made to order exactly for the customer), any cancellation after 24 hours since ordering is possible, however, we will charge a production fee (50% of the ordered products price).
5. Guarantee and complaints
You have free of charge, 1‑year legal guarantee. In the case when delivered items are damaged or inconsistent with the order, contact us and provide photos for evidence. If your complaint is justifiable, we will exchange items at our cost. If the exchange is not possible, we will offer a price reduction or full refund.
We won't accept complaints regarding minor color differences between product images on the store and the actual items; sizes and placement of artwork (remember that devices are sometimes very different from the one shown in product photos, and we must accommodate that); minor scratches on the surface visible only in a certain condition.
We also won't be responsible and won't accept any claims regarding damages to your device made by item removal done in another way than recommended by us in FAQs. Remember that our products contain adhesives that make a chemical bond with the surface of your devices. You're installing and using our products at your own risk.
6. Privacy and copyright
By ordering our items you agree that we will collect and process your personal information. Providing this data is voluntary, but required to properly fulfill your order. We are the administrator of this data. It is protected in accordance with polish and eu law. You have the right to review this data, to correct it, and also to request its deletion. We hold copyright and property right to the items in the store. Please don't use them for wrong reasons. If you want to use something, contact us first. If you're a blogger or write an article, please credit us when using our photos. Names of apps and device manufacturers are registered names or trademarks of third parties. They are used solely to identify items in this store and their use. Our items are not endorsed or sponsored by any of these parties and we're not in any way affiliated with them.
